Sculpting the Figure
Description: This course offers instruction to students at all levels in modeling the human form. Working from the model, students will sculpt a 18” standing figure. With the help of demonstrations, illustrations and references to casts concerning the underlying bone and musculature, students will learn about anatomy, proportions and planar relationship and the flow of volume in 3D. Instruction is individualized. A model and materials fee TBA. No class 4/8/10.
