Rentals Policies
• Maryland Hall reserves the right to accept or reject a rental request.
• Maryland Hall does not provide complimentary use of space.
• Room rates vary and are based on size, technical needs, and type of renter (non-profit and commercial).
• Rental approvals are subject to availability.
Rooms and Venues Available for Rent
Classrooms
Our classrooms have a capacity of 45 people for standing reception and 35 for a banquet.
Community Room
This beautiful space has a capacity of 80 people for standing reception and 50 for a banquet.
Bowen Theatre
This is a large space that can accommodate up to 180 people for film screenings and 150 for large receptions, dances, lectures, meetings, or film screenings.
Main Theatre
The Main Theatre has a 725 seats capacity, and can be rented for concerts, theatrical productions, conferences, film screenings, award receptions, and other events.
Meeting Rooms
Several rooms of varying sizes that can accommodate 40-50 people are available for meetings, receptions, and lectures.
Front Lawn / Driveway
Our front lawn is a beautiful outdoor space that can host up to 500 people, that can be use for receptions, festivals, and other events.
