Roblyer has practiced law in Annapolis for over 45 years.  During his career he served several years as the County Attorney.  Prior to beginning the practice of law, he taught at the junior high school, high school and college levels.  He has been politically active all his life, having successfully managed the local campaigns of a clerk of court, a judge, a congressman, two U.S. Senators, and his own campaign for alderman in the City of Annapolis.

His civic organizations include the Annapolis Elks Club, Parole Rotary Club, Annapolis Lions Club and Annapolis Salvation Army Advisory Board.  He and his wife Judy live next to the 9th hole of the Bay Hills Golf Course where he spends a great deal of time.  They have four children and eleven grandchildren.
