Armistice:  A Hope for Peace
Presented by Live Arts Maryland

J. Ernest Green conducts The Annapolis Chorale and Annapolis Chamber Orchestra in a program commemorating the Armistice that ended “the war to end all wars,” World War I.  The program includes Leonard Bernstein’s “Chichester Psalms,” Samuel Barber’s “Knoxville: Summer of 1915,” selections from Ralph Vaughan Williams’ “Dona nobis pacem” and Arvo Pärt’s “Da Pacem Domine.” 

Students may attend free using Live Arts Maryland’s special Student Rush program by visiting the box office a half-hour prior to curtain.  Students 18 and up must present a valid ID to receive a ticket.
