Wellness Classes at Maryland Hall
Some are surprised to discover we offer wellness classes at an arts center. Here, we practice the Art of Wellness with health and fitness classes aligned to creativity. Take pilates, barre, yoga (including the only place in Annapolis for YogAlign) and Tai Chi in a welcoming studio space. Currently offering virtual classes, you can enjoy live and "anytime" online instruction from local teachers in your living room.

This method of movement is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexibility and balance, unite the mind and body and create a more streamlined shape.
