Kayla Bennett is a Mixed Media Artist and a PVA Fine Arts Instructor at Annapolis High School. Bennett received her Masters of Fine Arts from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and is currently enrolled at Boston University to obtain her Masters in Art Education. Bennett’s main goal as an educator is to use the act of making, to produce students who are strong critical thinkers and capable problem solvers. She strives to help her students advance their artistic abilities both conceptually and aesthetically. Bennett specializes in casting, three-dimensional design, mask making, ceramics and fibers.
