Date & Time

Welcome to the Hub of Creativity and Innovation

Join us for the grand ribbon-cutting event marking the official launch of the Media Arts Hub at Maryland Hall. Our doors open at 5:30 PM, and we invite you to attend a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 6 PM.

Celebrate with us as we launch our new facility dedicated to the intersection of art and technology!

As part of our mission to attract a younger audience of enthusiastic students and artists, the Media Arts Hub will offer many opportunities to learn and grow in various fields, such as graphic design, photography, audio recording/engineering, and production.

Explore the Future of Art and Technology

We're eager to show you what we've prepared for the future. Explore our state-of-the-art Sound Recording Studio (Whisper Room), a dedicated space where sounds are shaped into art. It's a glimpse into the future of music production and audio engineering here at Maryland Hall.

Experience and Interact

While you walk through the Hub, enjoy some light refreshments and be among the first to witness the reveal of a specially commissioned painting by former Resident Artist Luis Bello.

We can't wait to meet you at the Media Arts Hub Official Launch - where art and technology meet to inspire.

The Maryland Hall Media Arts Hub was made possible through the generous support of Jeffrey Harris and Joyce Pratt, Bill Seale and Marguerite Pelissier, Office of the Anne Arundel County Executive Steuart Pittman, and Faith Goldstein and Dr. Robert J. Cunitz.
